JD of Sales Manager
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Salary: From ₹10,000 to ₹12,000
Personality: Elegant, well groomed and presentable, eloquent in English and Hindi, pleasant and smiling demeanour
Dressing etiquettes: Formal code of dressing with good grooming
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Maintain the general functioning of the clinic
Receive all phone calls and answer properly ( polite and respectful way )
Schedule appointments and daily functioning of the clinics
Align appointments in a non-hurried manner
Look after the preparations of the OT and general requirements of the recovery room
Maintain entire clinic stock: consumables/stationery ( inform before finishing )
To take care of all equipment and appliances of the clinic
Receive patients
Ask them to fill in details digitally
Offer the clients water and tea /coffee
Coordinate with the doctor, surgeon and team.
Calling the post-surgery patient the very next day to check about the comfort or concerns in the absence.
developments and new inclusions in the clinic.
Accounting and maintaining invoices in sync with the CA( Cash , digital , bills , payments etc )
Requirements :-
· Exposure to different perspectives, cultures, and experiences.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Adaptability in changing communication styles.
· Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
· Ability to handle feedback without taking it personally.
Timings:- 10AM - 7PM
Working Days :- 6 days Working
