About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
• Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Call Handling:
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the firm’s services.
Administrative Support:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers.
• Assist with booking and preparing meeting rooms.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Client Interaction:
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach to all client interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate visitor sign-ins and appointments.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-of-house role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A polished, professional appearance and manner.
• The ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area effectively.
