Full job description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female receptionist to be the face of our real estate office in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality and a welcoming demeanor, with at least 6 months of prior experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Maintain the front desk, visitor logs, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Provide basic information about the company and property listings to walk-in clients
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum 6 months of experience in a receptionist/front office/admin role
Only candidates from Hubli will be considered
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle front office duties efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,2+0.31 - ₹12,111.+4 per month
