Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Administrative Support
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Facility Coordination
Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate with vendors or maintenance staff when necessary.
Record Keeping
Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
Update contact lists and company directories.
Other Duties
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling multi-line phone systems.
Familiarity with scheduling software.
Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Work Environment:
Office-based, customer-facing.
Typical hours:Monday–Friday, 10am–8pm.

Pay: ₹8,343.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
