Answer Calls: Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
Manage Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist Visitors: Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients.
Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.
Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
