Job Description

Responsibilities

Customer service: Greet visitors, answer questions, and provide information
Phone calls: Answer and route phone calls, and make calls on behalf of others
Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments, and book meetings
Mail and packages: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Office supplies: Maintain and order office supplies
Security: Maintain visitor logs, issue and check work ID cards, and report suspicious activity
Records: Maintain files and records, and perform data entry
Reception area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and safe
Administrative tasks: Assist with tasks like faxing, photocopying, and filing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
