Job Description
Greet and answer queries by the visitors in person, through telephone, or via e-mail by following the coda of security practices (like screening and taking messages).
Handle and direct visitors within the premises as needed.
Maintain and organize the entire front office area.
Handling all reception activities and other administration work (courier, billing, stationary and other activities).
Handling all reception activities including visitors and telephone calls, courier receiving and outgoing.
Processing bills of respective courier services, stationary.
Making arrangements of meeting /Conferences.
Other admin related work including coordinating with vendors, coordinating with supervisors.
Documentation and filing of paper records.
Desired Candidate Profile Requirements and skills
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, Xerox, Scanners etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong communication and people skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Customer service orientation.
High School, Diploma, Graduation; additional qualifications will be a plus.
