Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Uphold office policies regarding confidentiality and data protection.
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft excel).
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Experience in a Retirement setting is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge in PCC software is an asset but not required.
