Answering phone calls
Booking clients appointments
Preparing files for accountant appointments
Mail and all communications via ATO Portal
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 1 years experience as a Receptionist in an Accounting practice
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience using Microsoft Suites and Excel
Experience using Access/Handisoft software
Ability to work in a fast past environment
