About the role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy legal practice.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, emails and messages
Assisting with file management, including photocopying, scanning and filing
Providing general administrative support to the legal team as required
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised reception area
Other ad-hoc duties as requested
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other standard office equipment
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
