SALARY: £19,314

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

39 weeks of the year term time plus 5 inset days

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Receptionist to provide administration and support members of the management team.

Role profile:
• First point of contact to answer and record phone calls
• Monitor all incoming visitors and ensure all security processes are followed
• Record student attendance daily
• Recording and monitoring petty cash
• Responsible for checking office emails and organising calendars
• Provide professional, supportive and informative parental contact
• Various other ad-hoc duties as requested

Essential Experience:
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Happy to undertake first aid duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Further Skills/Experience
• Proactive, organised and excellent time management
• DBS enhanced certificate essential
