Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis (Wednesday, Saturday or both + potential to cover days). The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software. IDEALLY BE CLINIKO TRAINED.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.

Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed, including using Google Suite for document creation and management.
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for staff members when required.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Proficient in data entry and familiar with office software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
