Step into the world of prestige automotive with Melbourne BMW. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Sales and Service teams.

As part of the Autosports Group, you’ll join a supportive team with opportunities to grow your career in a premium dealership environment.

About the role:
Warmly welcome customers and visitors, ensuring a premium experience from the moment they arrive

Manage inbound calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department

Support both Sales and Service teams with administrative and customer service tasks

Maintain the presentation of the showroom reception area to reflect the BMW brand

Provide general support to dealership operations as required

About you:
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (automotive experience an advantage but not essential)

Immaculate presentation and professional communication skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

A proactive and team-oriented approach
