Answering phone calls and welcoming guests
Email correspondence
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
Entering data into in-house systems
General ad-hoc administration tasks

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will set you up for success, as will:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service capabilities
The ability to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and other IT programs
Data entry and general administration experience
Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management
Ability to anticipate needs
Work autonomously
Find projects to work on and be proactive with tasks
