Overview Of Key Responsibilities
In this role as a Receptionist, you will play a crucial part in supporting both our staff and clients within our office services team, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service with a strong focus on efficiency and excellence.
Some Other Duties Include
Greeting and checking in all visitors in a friendly and professional manner;
Manage incoming telephone calls for both Melbourne and Sydney staff and directing and relaying telephone messages;
Screening and receiving visitors entering the office, and directing them to the appropriate staff member;
Managing the room booking system, including organising offices for visiting partners and staff;
Coordinating reception leave and coverage;
Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and presentable at all times;
Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings held in the office;
Providing administrative assistance to support staff members if required; and
Performing other related duties on an ad hoc basis.

You are a committed, proactive professional with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. With experience in a professional environment, you possess first-class communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also have excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of excellence.
