Handle mailing, office supplies, and shipping tasks, ensuring all necessary materials are in stock and organized
Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, arranging appointments, and providing reminders
Support the day-to-day business operations, including booking hotels for crews and facilitating online furniture sales inquiries
Manage and maintain the digital repository of key business contracts, providing regular updates to the senior staff
Maintain confidentiality in all areas of job responsibilities due to access to sensitive information
Assist in planning in-house or off-site activities such as meetings, parties, and celebrations
