We are looking for a honest & trustworthy Receptionist to work with us
Needs to have at least 2 year experience
Receptionist task and responsibilities:
greeting visitors
answering phone calls,
managing appointment schedules,
maintaining a tidy reception area
sorting mail
providing basic information about the company
handling administrative tasks
confirming appointments
uploading photos and x-rays
Ability to navigate D4W software
Able to organise lab work and following up with lab works and aligners
following up with orders
taking payments and doing end of day financials
Receptionist skills / attributes:
Bright, Polite, well-mannered, and bubbly personality
Honest and trustworthy
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in surgical procedures
Team player
Possess strong work ethic
Ability to multitask
