WHAT WE NEED
We require a receptionist to join our growing team at All in one health. We are young, vibrant and fun and we are scouting for like-minded people to come on board with us and help move people towards their best quality of life.
WHAT YOU NEED
Medical administration experience will be highly regarded.
Be able to use a computer
High communication skills
Open to being part a close-knit team, and help to add to the positive clinic culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience making Medicare and DVA claims highly regarded
Experience with cliniko will be an advantage
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and greet all patients coming into the clinic
Book all appointments
General administrative tasks as required
Answer phones
Billing
Banking
Sterilising of instruments (will be trained)
General daily tidying of the clinic
Work effectively as part of a team
Receive and give regular feedback
