· Female staff only
· Qualification – HSC pass ( Preferred)
· Experience – 1-6 months
· Language – Hindi, Marathi , English (Preferred)
· Work timings : 10 am to 8:00 pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Warmly greeting patients and managing check-ins and check -outs
2. Scheduling appointments and managing our calendar
3. Providing information on services and treatments to patients
4. Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism
5. Assisting with administrative duties and maintaining a tidy reception area
6. Billing
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Is organized , attentive to details, and capable of multitasking
· Shows initiative and a positive attitude
· Has experience in customer service (experience in a clinic or salon environment is a plus but not necessary)
· Is eager to learn and grow within the skincare industry
