Job Description
You must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work quickly and efficiently, have great communication skills and be capable / confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of work will be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday
Casual payrate $34.5+
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones
Email enquiries
Data entry
New staff inductions
Weekly stocktake
Invoicing, postage and petty cash reconciliations
Prepare daily paperwork
Input weekly roster into ap
End of month filing and archiving
General administration tasks are requested
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have at least 2 years experience in a receptionist role
Maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner
Be curious and eager to learn new things
Have great organisational and time management skills
Be a team player who is adaptable and happy to support the admin team
Feel confident working in a blue-collar environment
Must not own any birds, chickens or pigs due to bio-secuirty hazard.
