Job Summary: As a Receptionist at ISIEINDIA, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors. You will handle various administrative tasks, support the team, and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Provide information about the organization and its services to visitors and clients.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
