1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
2. Client Assistance:
- Assist clients with inquiries, providing information about our services and projects.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
4.Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and well-presented.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for office repairs and upkeep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
