Full Time, office based
Salary - Up to $78k package
Based in North Sydney
Responsibilities -
+ Acting as the first point of contact for the firm over the phone and in person
+ Answering the phones and greeting clients on the front desk
+ Ensuring meeting rooms are managed and coordinated
+ Assisting with the maintenance of office and kitchen supplies
+ Sorting and organising mail
+ Ordering Supplies for the office
+ Co-ordinating Office Events - Internal and external
+ Taking responsibility for certain tasks such as organising birthday celebrations in the office
+ Handle Client Queries & Correspondence professionally
+ General office administration including assisting with answering phone calls, maintaining firm’s database, procedures, filing, preparing marketing material, office function coordination and other admin duties.
Essential Skills and Experience -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and transparency
Well-developed time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience working as a receptionist/ administrator
