We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Services Assistant to join us in our Canberra office in a permanent, full-time role.
About the role
This role provides support to the Office Manager and the Canberra office, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office.
Working as part of a team, as well as reception tasks you will be answering phone calls, taking messages, maintaining the reception and kitchen areas, working with mail services, suppliers, and delivery personnel.
About you
Ideally you will have some experience working reception in a busy office or had extensive experience in customer service and/or administration.
Sound computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office and messaging software
Excellent communication skills and ability to take effective messages and juggle tasks
Ability to commit to the hours required, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
