Your Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a warm, energetic, and switched-on part-time receptionist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating a fantastic impression and delivering an exceptional front of house experience.

The hours present a wonderful lifestyle option – generally you will work Thursday and Friday's, 8.30am-5.00pm, however flexibility to support planned (and where possible, unplanned) leave is a must.

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach

Support various teams with administrative tasks

Co-ordinate couriers, office & kitchen supplies

Support catering arrangements for in house events

About You

An experienced Receptionist with strong attention to detail

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Customer Service focused

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Good computer skills, capable of learning new programs

Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities

Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively, and as an effective team member

Flexibility to work more hours as required

You will be an experienced reception superstar who will demonstrate the Vitaco values every day. Quick to build excellent rapport with visitors to the company and our team, you'll have a professional and articulate phone manner with lots of common sense and initiative.

While you will be a team player, you will be confident enough to make good judgments on your own, with a high level of resilience and the ability to juggle tasks seamlessly without getting flustered. Since the role is front facing it goes without saying you’ll be well presented and have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as being computer savvy.
