RECEPTIONIST (PART-TIME)
WELLINGBOROUGH (ONSITE)

A simple sentence but first impressions really count! At Weatherbys we pride ourselves on our professional yet friendly approach towards both our clients and our colleagues and want to ensure that everyone receives a warm welcome when they walk through the door or pick up the phone to talk to us.
THE ROLE
You will work 10am to 2.30pm with two 15-minute breaks (20 hours per week). If you can be flexible and work some additional hours on an ad-hoc basis to cover holidays and illness, that would helpful.
Your core role will be to provide cover on the reception desk. Reception is busy, with frequent visitors to juggle alongside incoming phone calls, so you need to be able to keep your cool while multi-tasking.
Outside of this you will assist with keeping the meeting rooms well stocked and tidy, as well as supporting the Facilities teams with general administrative tasks.

What We Are Looking For
• Experience as an administrator or receptionist with significant telephone call handling
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook and basic Excel
• High service standards, able to keep on top of multiple activities on a busy reception desk
• Well presented, welcoming and diplomatic - you will be the face of Weatherbys!
Please note that Internally, your job title will be Facilities Administrator.
