THE ROLE
Reception coverage including greeting visitors and answering and directing incoming calls
Maintaining stationery levels and kitchen requirements including ordering and receiving of supplies
Present a courteous and professional image to external and internal customers via switchboard / reception duties.
Data entry, collating, filing and archiving
Performing ad hoc administration duties as required
Daily errands
About You
You will possess sound administration skills with attention to detail a proactive and can-do attitude along with:
The ability to work autonomously or part of a cohesive team
Time management and prioritisation ability
Microsoft Office Suite skills and a love of learning new systems
Verbal and written communication skills including a vibrant proactive telephone manner
Current Driver Licence
