We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and manage enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
Coordinate bookings, payments, and maintain accurate records using management systems.
Ensure the showroom is clean and welcoming, and perform quality inspections and audits to uphold high standards.
Support day-to-day operations, including showroom presentation and light cleaning tasks.
Utilize industry-specific tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Suite.
