RECEPTION RELIEF AND ADMINISTRATION BACKUP
Hearing and Audiology is looking for an experienced and exceptional reception relief and administration backup on a part time basis to join our team reporting to the
OFFICE MANAGER
We have 3 locations Subiaco, Duncraig and Manning.
Role and Responsibility
· Greeting visitors and clients of the business
· Handling and directing all inbound calls
· Front desk reception duties
· Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send
· Processing simple client requests as required
· Booking couriers, coordinating deliveries
· Maintaining appearance of front office and kitchen area
· Relief receptionist when on leave at any location.
· Other ad hoc administration as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications
· 2 years of experience working in the Hearing Industry
· Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
· Impeccable self-presentation
Desirable
· Experience using Microsoft Office suite
· Experience managing diaries
