Assist customers by answering questions or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Maintain accurate records and perform basic office tasks.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Contribute to a positive and organized office environment.

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer programs.
Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred but not required.
