At earLAB, we're dedicated to redefining ear health and hygiene. As a modern, independent clinic in Footscray and Richmond, we’ve been making waves in the Audiology industry since 2018. The Opportunity:
We are looking for you - a casual, bubbly and compassionate receptionist working across two office to join our already fantastic full time admin team. We are looking for someone, who has experience managing client's appointments, coordinating services and working closely with our Audiologists, you'll help manage client interactions and support the smooth operation of our office. Please note: This is a casual role to augment existing full time administration employees. The hours available are Saturday 9AM to 3PM at our Richmond clinic and Monday 9AM to 5PM at our Footscray Clinic.
You'd be perfect for our team, IF you:
Have excellent phone and in person customer service skills
Have excellent time management skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Are friendly and presentable
Are self motivated & have good work ethics
Are a quick learner
You will be required to:
Meet and greet clients
Build relationships with clients in a friendly manner
Manage and organise appointments, as well as coordinating follow-ups
Oversee office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
Handle client payments and resolve billing issues
Collaborate with team members
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by the manager or coworkers

someone who is coachable; willing to listen
strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
adaptability
