Salary: £11.44 per hour
Days- Monday and Friday
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to start asap in Lockleaze.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk while handling a variety of administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking on multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally and accurately.
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Manage hotel bookings, couriers, and distribute post.
• Co-ordinate and organise catering for meetings.
• Keep the reception area and boardrooms clean and presentable.
• Send reminder messages for next-day appointments.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
