Receptionist
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized full time Receptionist / Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first and last point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and an elite administrative experience for our clientele. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling phone systems and computerized filing.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Make patient files, book appointments, process payments and insurance claims as needed within the ClinicMaster software
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered (Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy & Nutrition)
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage billing for government payers (CNESST, SAAQ, IVAC, PFSI etc...)
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized filing systems.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
