Receptionist

We are looking for an upbeat, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our receptionist!

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Schedule the sales team to complete high-quality proposals with efficient routing and customer service.
Work with clients and sales manager to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Schedule all consulting and sales appointments to maintain current timelines.
Maintain communication with Shady Lane Expert Tree Care clients and sales team members.
Perform daily schedule updates, ensure sales calls are completed, and reschedule if needed.
Maintain our 4.+ of 5 google reviews online with excellent customer service.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years receptionist and appointment scheduling experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to pre-qualify and identify a good sales call vs a bad sales call.
Lives and loves the Shady Lane company’s core values.
Strong knowledge of the GTA geographically.
Organized.
Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
