Baumgartners are a successful entrepreneurial firm of finance professionals based in the leafy inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Team Assistant to work on our front reception desk representing the firm as the first point of contact for all our visitors. You will also be responsible for providing administration support to our Partners and accounting/finance teams.
You will work as part of a supportive team of other administrators and your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
Greeting visitors at the front desk and assisting client queries
Answering the incoming phone calls
Banking, petty cash, filing, scanning, mail distribution
Monthly billings
Debtor management
Administration support (including letter writing)
Office and kitchen maintenance
Client administration including updating information in the client database
Other general office support including arranging company lunches and other social events.
The successful candidate will need to be warm, professional and have a personable friendly manner, along with a flexible and efficient approach. Experience in a professional services firm will be highly advantageous.
You will need to have good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and MYOB (ideally) to succeed in the role.
