Receptionist cum Telecaller
• Position Overview:
• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Front Office Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a presentable and organized manner.
• 2. Telecalling & Customer Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the company’s real estate offerings.
- Schedule property visits and follow up with clients to ensure high engagement and conversion.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about properties and services.
• 3. Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
- Assist with organizing meetings, property site visits, and other events.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with necessary administrative tasks.
• 4. Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Actively gather feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
• Requirements:
• 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2. Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Freshers with a growth mindset will be invited.
• 3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in Hindi and working English.
