**Job Title:** Part-time Receptionist with Admin Tasks

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Active+ Northland. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Front Desk Reception Duties: Answering calls, greeting clients, and managing appointments

Administrative Tasks: Data entry, file management, and document preparation

Providing Reception Coverage: Covering annual leave and sickness of other receptionists

**Key Qualifications:**

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, processes, and technologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with Gensolve Practice Management: Previous experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

Familiarity with ACC Contracts: Knowledge of ACC Contracts would be beneficial, but not required

**Work Arrangements:**

3 days a week (with flexibility to cover additional days as needed)

Currently 2 days a week in Dargaville and 1 day in Whangarei, with possible cover in Whangarei Clinic as needed

Car or travel reimbursement may be considered depending on the successful applicant's location
