Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some prior admin experience who is looking to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Greeting: Be the welcoming face of our company for all visitors.
Phone Management: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right person.
Data Entry: Enter job orders and manage various data tasks.
Report Generation: Collate KPIs and generate reports for management meetings.
Letter Writing: Prepare and draft business correspondence.
Event Coordination: Organise business events such as team barbeques & christmas parties.
Invoicing Duties: Assist with invoicing tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Minimal admin experience is preferred to give you a basic understanding of the role.
Attitude: Team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to help out where needed.
Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Additional Information:

Pre-Employment Checks: You will need to be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and ******* test.
Future Location: The office is currently located in Salisbury South but will be relocating to Edinburgh next year.
