Key Responsibilities

Customer Greeting: Be the welcoming face of our company for all visitors.

Phone Management: Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right person.

Data Entry: Enter job orders and manage various data tasks.

Report Generation: Collate KPIs and generate reports for management meetings.

Letter Writing: Prepare and draft business correspondence.

Event Coordination: Organise business events such as team barbeques & christmas parties.

Invoicing Duties: Assist with invoicing tasks.
