Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, reliable and organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients. This full-time position is ideal for someone who lives locally and is looking for a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Book meeting and office rooms as required
Organise and maintain client records (digital and physical)
Data entry and document preparation
Support the accounting team with administrative and client coordination tasks
Maintain tidy reception and shared areas
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Willingness to learn new skills and support various areas of the business
