Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and manage access control.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Assist in handling courier, dispatch, and inward/outward mail records.
Maintain attendance registers, visitor registers, and employee movement logs.
Support HR and Admin departments with basic documentation and filing.
Coordinate with facility management for housekeeping, maintenance, and pantry services.
Handle petty cash and maintain expense records when required.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for administrative needs.
Support in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
