Job Description

Functional Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and solving their problems – Maintaining Visitors Logbook.

• Answer incoming telephone calls & redirect them to the concerned team member.

• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.

• Take delivery & making list of all official incoming & outgoing couriers and sort and distribute them.

• Handling queries and complaints via phone, Email and general correspondence.

• Managing meeting room availability.

• Handling printing & photocopying machines.

• Making and handling travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms for the team members.

• Arranging for audio-video equipment for the virtual meetings.

• Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture.

• Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.

• Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities Desired Skills and Experience Specialties:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Receptionist, Admin Executive or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers and Photocopier machines)

• Good communication skills

• Professional Attitude and Appearance

• Multitasking and Time-Management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Educations

Qualification:

• Any bachelor’s degree in Commerce | Arts | Business or its equivalent from recognized university. Certification

• Certification / Diploma in Office Management from YMCA or YWCA (Mandatory)

• Okhla Phase 3 | New Delh

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Fixed shift

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
