Experienced Receptionist/Admin Officer who has worked a minimum of 1 year at a Public Practice or Business Services firm. Located in CBD. $70,000 +

Our successful and continuously growing Business/Accounting Services client based in the CBD is seeking a Receptionist/Administration Officer with at least 1 years experience working within a Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services firm to join them on a full time / permanent role.

Key Responsibilities Include

Sitting at the reception desk
Greeting clients
ASIC related secretarial forms, minutes and incorporations
ATO interaction
General office administration
Setting up new files
Filing paperwork
Answering phones and directing calls
Attending to emails
Data entry
Various administrative tasks

To be considered, you must have/be:

At least 1 years experience as an Admin Officer within Public Practice/Accounting/Business Services firm previously
Unlimited work rights in Australia
Be able to work in the office full time
Have strong PC/Software skills
Present professionally
Strong verbal and written communication
Comfortable with working autonomously along with being an integral part of the extended team
Self-starter with a keen desire for continuous learning.
