Current Position available: Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Local to Sexsmith/Grande Prairie area

• 1-2 years’ experience in an oilfield office environment preferred.

• Must be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing tasks.

• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Adobe.

• Familiarity with Workhub preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional phone etiquette.

• Outstanding level of attention to detail.

• Punctual and reliable.

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for individuals visiting the office.

• Answer a busy multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries, direct inquiries to appropriate departments and individuals quickly and efficiently.

• Provide administrative assistance to Management, Human Resources and other team members as required.

• Document preparation, data entry, filing, and scanning.

• Distribute all incoming communications to appropriate individuals.

• Order office supplies.

• Maintain inter-office calendar and bookings.

• Maintain neat and tidy reception, printer and kitchen areas.

• Prepare for and set up boardroom for client and staff meetings.

• Provide excellent customer service in all aspects.

• Other administrative and clerical duties as requested.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime

• Weekends as needed
