About Wellnest Health

Wellnest Health is a comprehensive allied health and wellness center dedicated to aiding individuals in recovering faster and maintaining their well-being longer. Our diverse services range from Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, and Dietetics to Clinical Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Gym facilities. Located in a state-of-the-art center on the top floor of Manningham Medical Centre, you'll enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Melbourne CBD from over half of our facility.

The Role

Position: Full Time/Part Time/Casual Receptionist/Administration
Description:
Join a team of dedicated individuals passionate about health and wellness at our recently established facility.
We are in search of a highly organized and committed individual to be the central figure at our front desk. As a part of our reception and administrative team, you will assist in serving our clients, supporting our staff, and handling essential tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the center.
Your contributions will certainly be recognized and will directly contribute to enhancing the lives of our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities

Booking appointments and classes, processing payments
Managing client records
Conducting daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
Liaising with external parties such as Doctors, Medical Centers, WorkCover, TAC, etc.
Providing general customer service
Offering general administrative support to all staff members
The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive in-house training on our systems and procedures.
Desired Skills & Experience

Exceptional verbal communication skills in-person and over the phone
Basic computer literacy
Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking
Capacity to work effectively both in a team and independently
Valued leadership qualities
Proficiency in spoken Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is advantageous
