Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, experience in a front desk role, and familiarity with QuickBooks, particularly in a dental office setting. Duties

Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members or taking messages as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for dental professionals.
Handle clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within a dental office setting.
Proficient in using QuickBooks and other computer software for office management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing various administrative tasks.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
