Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking to fill a Receptionist/Administrative Support position within our busy local RV Dealership. This is a Part Time Position for our Acheson, AB Dealership. Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, personable, and organized. Dealership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Run switchboard, greet guests, answer phone calls, and direct customers to the correct department

Assist Sales, Finance, Accounting, Parts and Service with daily tasks

Taking messages and managing company email

Daily administrative and accounting tasks, such as: data entry, creating company posters, and various departmental tasks

Organization of sales office and light cleaning duties

General filing and organization of documents

Must be able to work Saturdays

Skills Required

Excellent proficiency of written and spoken English

Previous reception/or customer service experience is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Professional telephone manner and strong multitasking skills

Works well in a fast pace environment and under pressure

Positive team-oriented attitude

Shift Hours:

1 day during the week and Saturday +am - 5pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
