Job Description
Location: Warale ,Chakan. MIDC Phase 2
• Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Maintaining Visitor Register
- Co-ordination with HR & Admin Team at office
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Calendar Management -Boardroom/Conference room/Meeting room
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Track and order factory equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
- Oversee the factory supplies budget.
- Supervising Housekeeping staff
• Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- 6 Months to 1.6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

• Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
