We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized individual to join our Ayurvedic wellness team as a Receptionist cum Administrator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations at the clinic. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic settings is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and empathy.
Handle all front desk activities including phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records, registration, and billing systems with confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other team members for seamless client service.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks like inventory management, clinic cleanliness checks, and report maintenance.
Manage payments, issue receipts, and keep financial records updated.
Support basic marketing and follow-up activities like reminder calls or WhatsApp messages.
Ensure compliance with internal protocols and assist in operational audits or reviews.
