Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for handling front-desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and ensure proper entry registration.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to concerned departments.
Maintain the reception area in a presentable and professional manner.
Manage courier entries and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Support basic recruitment activities when required.
Handle staff attendance registers or logs if assigned.
Coordinate with internal departments for admin-related tasks.
Visit banks or vendors for office-related work when required.
Maintain records, files, and data entry in systems.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local language).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Presentable appearance and professional behavior.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Work Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers may also apply)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
